Before you submit your full nomination form (including with your profile), send us a pre-entry form for the organization to process your entry. The Organizing Committee will contact you as soon as possible.
Processing fee: RM 300/nomination

Notes:
- This Pre-Entry Form only acts as an indication of your intention to participate in the selection process of the “TOYM Awards 2008”
- Intending nominees have to forward this Pre-Entry Form 7 days prior to the submission of the Nomination Form & Processing Fee.
- Processing Fee: RM300/nomination has to be submitted together with the Nomination Form.
